Everything is engineered, hosted, monitored and maintained by TechPolaris's own engineering team.

Q: Which devices and hardware does TechPolaris support?

Q: Which industries does TechPolaris work with?
TechPolaris works with Saudi companies in retail and supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, food production, real estate, and engineering and contracting, among others.
Q: How does a project with TechPolaris start?
Every TechPolaris implementation starts with the TechPolaris ROI Analysis, a paid pre-implementation service. TechPolaris sits with each department to observe how they work today and what they want improved, maps every requirement to how the platform will deliver it, and produces a Business Requirements Document (BRD) per department. Implementation begins only after the client approves the BRDs.
Q: What is the TechPolaris ROI Analysis and what do we receive?
The TechPolaris ROI Analysis is the paid first step of every implementation. The client receives an itemised scope sheet covering every department's requirements and a Business Requirements Document (BRD) per department, approved in writing before any build starts, so scope, priorities and outcomes are agreed up front.
Q: How long does an implementation take?
Implementation time depends on the scope agreed in the ROI Analysis; the approved BRDs include the delivery plan. TechPolaris does not quote durations before the ROI Analysis. To start, contact TechPolaris at info@techpolaris.net or +966 54 699 7229.
Q: How much does the TechPolaris platform cost?
TechPolaris does not publish prices. Pricing depends on the applications, integrations and number of users agreed in the ROI Analysis. Contact TechPolaris at info@techpolaris.net or +966 54 699 7229 and the team will prepare a proposal.
